Conversations at the Center
Connect. Learn. Create.
Connect with fellow community members, learn about key human rights issues, and collectively imagine how we can create a community where all people belong and thrive.
Each session will feature a different human rights topic, prompting participants to engage in dialogue and creative thinking as they explore collective solutions.
Join the Wassmuth Center on Tuesday, June 17th, from 6:30 – 8:00 PM for June’s Conversations at the Center. June’s topic will be about how we can transform hate, and we will use Maggie Rozycki Hiltner’s Requiem as the shared text for this conversation.

What human rights issues do you want to discuss with your neighbors?
“You think your pain and your heartbreak are unprecedented in the history of the world, but then you read. It was books that taught me that the things that tormented me most were the very things that connected me with all the people who were alive, who had ever been alive.”
